Pros:Quick and easy pick up and drop offCons:Booked second smallest car in offer called economy, first option was mini. Been given mini car - the smallest they have skoda citigo. When I asked for economy (Skoda fabia they have) I've been told they have Mini Economy group..Reviewed 15 Sept 2018

Pros:The car was new and did he job well.Cons:We were not told the process for tolls in Austria and ended up with a $120 euro fine when we left the country. The cars fuel tank was also not 100% full when we picked it up.Reviewed 15 June 2017

Horrible "upgrade"Pros:Nothing.Cons:I was supposed to get a VW Passat... instead I was "upgraded" to an old skoda Octavia with nearly 100,000 kilometers. On the second day of the rental, the turbo went out, and the check engine light came on. This no acceleration and a max speed of 100 km/hr on the German autobahn!Reviewed 29 Apr 2017
