It was awful! Got in late and person behind the counter charged me for things I said I didn't need (like gas). Went from $200 to $700 rental and put a $7000 hold on my credit card. He said it was all clear in the reservation but it was not. I changed my mind and did not rent a car. Beware of up charges before you get there!!Reviewed 6 June 2026

The car I rented said it would hold five people and four bags. The car was small. We had four people with four bags and were very crowded The exterior of the car was dirty. And had many dings and scratches all over it. Also the back window Was broken and could not be lowered. Descriptions of the cars should be more accurately given.
