Cons:Booked my car reservation several days ahead of my arrival.. upon my o time arrival I was told they had no cars available. The gentleman working the counter explained that after 4 hours they cancel reservations because most people reserve a car and don’t show up. Budget left me and my you son stranded in Harrisburg, PA. Worst customer service I have received from a rental company. I will never use Budget rental, and I suggest to whomever reads this, to seek alternate rental providers.Reviewed 9 Nov 2020
