Overall, we had a good experience renting with Budget. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The pickup and return process itself was quick once we found the correct locations. The only downside was that the signage could be much clearer. We had a difficult time locating the Budget check-in booth when picking up the vehicle, and returning it was also confusing because the parking garage wasn't easy to find. Better directions or more visible signs would make the experience much smoother. Despite those minor frustrations, the rental itself was great, and we would consider renting with Budget again.Reviewed 29 June 2026

our plane was delayed and car place closed at 11pm we arrived at 11:27. They only volunteered that we come pick up the car the next mornin! really. Luckily I had sent them a message telling them about delay before pick up time so we could cancel without penalty. We have received refund.Reviewed 23 June 2026

They refused to honor the contract you drew up. Literally said their computer was incapable of honoring it. Jacked the price up hundreds of dollars. I told them I would have to complain to the Better Business Bureau and they said okay. It's apparently a technical issue. AND they did the same thing to the 2 customers in front of me.
