The beds were comfy and 2 rooms I had booked for 2 nights were next to each other. Everything could have been better. No hot tub or pool open - under renovation. Asked to cancel and move to another hotel and was told no needed 24 hour notice. Sink didn't drain in 1 room and maintenance never showed up. 2nd night - had no hot water in whole hotel. Was never informed, realized I at 11pm once we got to the room. Hotel had a plumber there all day working on boiler. Front desk never informed anyone there was no hot water and wouldn't be any even the next day at check out. Never offered to move us to another hotel, instead offered 20% off. Hotel Manager was new and was handling upset guests but had no control of the problem. Continental Breakfast was the minimal you could offer. Juice/coffee/tea. - Very sad for Quality Inn. Paid the next day at the front desk with the 20% off with a different credit card - and then got home and found the charges on the credit card that the reservation was booked with no the card we asked to the stay to be charged to.

Cons:Sound privacy could be improved. Door had a half-inch space at bottom which allowed hallway conversations to be easily heard.
