Cons (-) Decor of the room... It was really old, tear wallpaper, toilet paper holder fell when we touched it, a chair in the room was stained... Definitely not something you would expect from in a hotel with this reputation and this price range

Cons (-) The room was nice and clean but the heat would not go above 68 degrees. We froze considering it was snowing and in the 30's outside!

Pros (+) They upgraded our room without us asking. They were very helpful with recommendations for breakfast. The pool and fitness center were clean and a nice amenity for the hotel. I would absolutely return.
Cons (-) The bathroom was small but clean. It is to be expected from a historic hotel.
