The car itself was fine, other than the major crack all the way down the front windshield. I have experienced significant billing issues. I had a one way rental and have experienced significant overbooking. I dropped the car off on time, and three days later, the location I dropped off at had not closed out my reservation (according to my local location). I was informed my billing would be resolved. Since then, I have received three more charges, and now see I have been charged about $2.000 for a $109.00 trip. I get to spend more time today trying to sort this out and I am not happy.
The people at Hertz were very nice and the whole rental experience couldn’t have been any better. Couldn’t have rented though without the great price through Kayak😎

Terrible. I got to the airport pick up with my reservation and there was a sign that said sorry no cars. I was stranded and had to pay over 100$ in Uber fees until I found another company that had a car the next day and ended up paying over $100 more for a car.

Excellent car. Customer service agent at the counter in Tallahassee was friendly and efficient.
I was promised unlimited mileage. First it said my rental will be at the airport then changed to another building on blountstown highway. They didn't have the car I requested and had to downgrade to a smaller vehicle. Had to pay .51 extra for every mile over 200 miles. Bad experience for me.

This rental site is NOT at the airport - it’s about 10 minutes away at a used car lot. The van reserved was not available at pickup time, and we had to come back later in the day to switch out a 5 seater car for the correct car reserved (7 seater). There was no transportation to the airport after drop off, and we had to secure our own transportation early in the morning in an unfamiliar location. The tank was only half full when we picked up, and an alert for low tire pressure went off during the rental period. The sliding doors tried to close while someone was in their way, and the engine took a long time to turn over whenever we started it. Very unsatisfactory experience.
It was advertised on Kayak as being at the Airport and it was not. The car was dirty and not anything like what I booked (booked RAV-4 or similar, was given a Venue - both literally SUVs but nor comparable in quality)
