Poor breakfast selection if you have dietary restrictions. And $25 check in fee before 3pm. Other than that, great hotel and very safe.

Cons (-) Breakfast was poor and there is a bit of noise coming through into the room from the strewn and the near by fire station.

Pros (+) great location with very reasonable price. steps away from the grand cta station, easy walk to magnificent mile and the river. very nice roomy and light rooms. an on site restaurant with room service....
Cons (-) nothing... not a thing. I guess the pool could be a bit longer, like for lap swimmers.
