The car was like new, no issues.Cons:
Why was I allowed to book a drop-off location that was closed on Memorial Day? The person at the Avis counter made ME call Avis to find a solution. The car also didn't have a full tank of gas.10.0 Wonderful

The pickup spot was changed to a spot much further away from the one I had booked. And that site closed 2 hours earlier than my rental ended, requiring me to make another trip back this morning to drop off the keys.Cons:

1- i have reserved a car for a certain price through the web. but on pickup i realized it is not including any type of basic insurance. ended up doubling the rent price i intended to pay. this has made the whole deal very expensive and worthwhile. 2- the car was not as clean.7.2 Good

People are friendly and helpful. Usually a quick in and out and everything is digital. Car got dinged somehow and they took me for $500 on some minor scrapes to the wheel well that are barely noticeable, but that's to be expected in a rental car honestly.Cons:
No EZPass. Not having EZPass is trash for a long drive esp anything in this area b/c there are tolls everywhere. Hyundai Sonata for a full size car is a bit ehhh. Car kinda sucked even though it was brand new.2.0 Poor

My reservation was for 12:00, but when I arrived at the office the location was closed despite the sign saying the office would be open. I received no communication about an early closing from Enterprise or Kayak. There were two other customers outside with the same problem. To make matters worse, a car of 3 Enterprise employees were out front of the store and seriously peeled out when asked to help. I had to take a taxi to the airport and pay much more money for a last minute rental. I asked if Enterprise would comp the difference and was told I could file for up to $50 compensation, which isn't close to the extra amount I spent.6.0 Okay

The car was supposed to have been picked up at the Philadelphia airport. But, in reality, it was at another nearby Enterprise sight. This caused the cost for the car to be much higher than the original quote !! This was not the fault of Enterprise, but of the booking agent Subtle deception !!Hertz

Pickup was a little bit of a wait but it was Center City on a Friday afternoon, so it was understandable.Cons:
Upon return I was hassled by a member of the hotel valet staff when dropping off the vehicle; the valet staff thought it would be funny to insist that I was in the wrong place and there was no Hertz at this location. I was frustrated by this experience and informed the attendant at the counter.2.0 Poor

When I rented this car I didn't realize the pick up location was off site from Philadelphia International. I immediately canceled the reservation.Though the rental fee has not been charged to my credit card, a pending fee has lingered for 13 days. It needs to come off immediately.5.6 Fair

Being from California, I was completely unfamiliar with central Philadelphia so when the drop off address is WRONG and also doesn't specify that it's not a Hertz, but instead a Marriott valet, that can cause quite the stress before a flight. Needless to say, I got lost. At drop off I was rushed and left my pillow in the back seat unknowingly- you would think the man who took the car would say something to me, but he didn't..oh well.2.0 Poor
