The vehicle kept being changed, Twice, and each time the rental increased. The explanation was mechanical issue with then original car. Which makes no sense since there are multiple version of the car and car class on their lot. Then upselling toll tags cheaper options exist but were not presented and when questioned said they dont exist. Having traveled most of my professional career i knew differently, but due to the circumstances, a family emergency, i had to go with their deal. I didn’t ever get my reservation because the man at the counter of budget tried to charge my card $583.54 and didn’t tell me that it would be that much till my bank declined it because of the amount, he then told me that I could call the support number while I was on the phone he was laughing at me on the phone and telling me to stop talking to the lady about the charges.Reviewed 22 Dec 2024
