Picking it up was pretty messy. And they were going to charge me twice once at the desk and then again as I was leaving the gate when she attempted to charge me as I was leaving the gate, I called it out and she said that there were two reservations that’s why they were charging me double. I told them no there was only one issued it through KAYAK and she insisted I had two reservations, so she ended up fixing it but cleary the kayak booking through other travel partners it got double booked somehow so I would recommend looking into that problem.Reviewed 29 July 2024
