Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and good transport links as positives. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff, as well as problems with cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast quality and variety are also criticized, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, especially given recurring maintenance issues like broken air conditioning. Overall, the location is a strong point, but service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
