Pros:
The pickup and drop off was easy and quick.Cons:
You must have an analog credit card (i.e. one that has the numbers and your name raised on the card) as they make a physical imprint of the card (like was done 20 years ago!). Most New cards with chips do not have the raised numbers. Luckily one of my ATM debit cards is old and did have raised numbers. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to rent here! I've rented cars throughout Italy and it's the first loacation where I have had this problem!3.2 Poor

Returning in Como was extremely confusing. The hand drawn map taped to the door of where to take your car was very confusing. The third option of where to drop off our car had an unattended parking ticket kiosk. Overall had to make multiple trips back and forth to figure out if where we dropped off the car was correct. Was not expecting to have to do this as it was within office hours but since it was an Italian national holiday, we had to deal with this. Overall very unprofessionalBudget
