Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access tourist sights, public transport, and local amenities. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were also highlighted as positives in many reviews. However, there were frequent complaints about noise levels, especially due to lack of soundproofing and street noise. Some guests found service and communication to be lacking, particularly regarding check-in and reception hours. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its practicality and comfort, but improvements in noise insulation and clearer communication would enhance the experience.
