Pros: The location was perfect, it was far enough from down town so it wasn't overly crowded . The beach was an easy walk across the street . The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar, so you didn't need to leave the compound.

Pros: The staff was exceptional and made our anniversary a memorable one! My husband and I we were surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries left in our room with the sweetest card. I want to especially thank Michelle Pareja for going above and beyond to make our weekend one we will always remember. We will definitely be back!

Cons: Had to pay for parking. Why would I be required to pay $34 per day to park at a hotel I'm paying for. All that on top of the resort fees!

Cons: The counter told us the bikes were included with the room. $145.00 later we found they weren’t. We complained and were given a free breakfast worth $100.00.

Pros: I love my clean room and the view of the bay and the Coronado bridge. This would be a really nice resort when the pool and jacuzzi and the really nice bar is open. I also love that you can walk a couple miles right next to the water. Well hopefully be that way. With my family when things get better. Stay safe everyone.

Cons: Due to the restrictions for preventing the spread of Covid 19 it was disappointing that I could not get it completed at the resort. Everything is closed early in the area and I was left hungry.

Noisy breezeways, thumping from 4 AM to 10 AM reported twice but not fixed.
Limited menu in dining room, no real cafe for lunch menu.
No in room honor bar.
No sundries shop.
Unable to put two rooms onto one account for bill paying.
Not worth the price; do not recommend this hotel for any reason.
