Staff was friendly.

Cons:

When we returned the car the staff complained about some sand in the car. They tried to charge us 35 dollars for extra cleaning because according to their staff the card had excess of dirt (which was not true). Later we found out that they don't own a vacuum cleaner and that's why they want to change us extra. Second problem. We had to wait one and half hour for the car.

CAR I RESERVED WAS NOT THERE WHEN I ARRIVED. THEY TRIED TO RENT ME A MUCH SMALLER CAR FOR THE SAME PRICE
