Staff was friendly.Cons:
When we returned the car the staff complained about some sand in the car. They tried to charge us 35 dollars for extra cleaning because according to their staff the card had excess of dirt (which was not true). Later we found out that they don't own a vacuum cleaner and that's why they want to change us extra. Second problem. We had to wait one and half hour for the car.8.0 Very Good

We booked a car for $120 + tax for a total of $210 approx. When we picked up the car, it wasn’t ready and then they told us we had to pay an additional $270 for mandatory insurance. Zero chance I was paying double the booking price for insurance. Called around to other places and found a rental for $280 all costs included. Lost half the day due to this mess. Will never use kayak again.Dollar
