Pros:

There is nothing to like about getting ripped off by a bunch of 2 bit thieves

Cons:

They try to force oh to buy their extra insurance coverage, although it is not necessary. They lie and tell you it is a Dominican law, although it is not. They will not accept a 3rd party insurance, not even from your visa card. These people are liars and thieves

Pros:

Vehicle was good for what we needed.

Cons:

Alamo suggested insurance with allianz ins before we got there. Once we got there agent told us that was no good. Had to buy insurance again thru them. Didn't want to take a chance on a problem in a foreign country.
