Cons (-) The satff was very rude! There was supposed to be a heated pool and when i when to say that the water was cold the guy just said that it should be fine. He didnt even turn to look at me. The rooms smell really bad! I almost used my bottle of perfume so that it would smell so horrible.

Cons (-) People sleeping in the halls, the room smelled like mold, the staff was unknowledgeable about the surroundings, the appearance of the room was not what was shown on the pictures. Massive misrepresentation. The room smelled so bad we left and stayed at another hotel.
