The room faced a busy street. The windows are not sealed in a way that prevents outside noise from entering the room. Sitting in the room one had the feeling that the traffic was driving through the room. It was extremely loud. I’ve been in other hotels that have installed an interior set of windows inside the room, so that the exterior façade is not affected. I suspect the building must be a list...

Pros (+) Staff were lovely location great, no car park but you can park in train station car park with 20% off bit of a walk though. Close to royal mile and amenities
