The staff are lovely and it’s a great location. The food in the bar was great and the mud slide cocktail a must!
The breakfast. Had and early start and my mistake was I didn’t check the price. £24 for shop bought granola and nothing else inspiring. I ordered an off the menu avocado on toast and it was TINY. The breakfast is an absolute rip off.

Location - On Royal Mile close to castle, numerous bars, cafe's etc and Train station. Very spacey bedroom (Superior Double type) Superb breakfast with wide choice to suit all tastes with very attentive staff.
Nothing of note personally but noticed that attached car park had a daily charge, although discounted for guests. On top floors even number rooms have a chance of a decent view over to the water.

Location of the hotel was superb. The staff were friendly. We had a noisy room when we arrived, but the duty manager helped us move, and we were very pleased with our stay.
The Gym was basic, needed more equipment.
