It was impossible for me to get a rental because i didn't had a physical credit card. We live in an era where everything is digital yet i was required to have a physical credit card and a physical license. I had everything to get the rental but just because it's all digital it was impossible for me to get a car. I understand that you need to have guarantees but it's ridiculous. I had an emergency and just because your technology is out of date not only you deny me the service in this company but treat me like i was going to scam you. Simply terrible.

The vehicle was perfect for our trip.

Cons:

Let customers know they must have a major credit card to rent a vehicle. The first representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up the rental was very rude, did not help. He was very sarcastic which was very upsetting because at that moment I thought my air b&b had been paid for I did panic and your representative did nothing to help again was extremely rude. I finally was able to get my brother to go to the airport drove from the west side to help me rent the car your second representative was extremely nice, helpful and professional I wished I would have gotten both their names.

The first car they gave me, the front bumper was loose and would not have endured the long drive to Dallas. Plus, the car was not real clean. The second car was much better but they forgot to open up the toll pass reader for the tollways in Dallas. When I mentioned this as I dropped off the car, the customer service person told me not to worry and that it doesn’t matter if the toll pass reader is in the open position or not. For a total cost of a one way rental from El Paso to Dallas for 10 days, $712 including the unlimited toll pass was okay but not a great deal.

I searched for airport car rentals and didn't see that you gave me a car far from the airport until I arrived at the airport to pick up the car. They told me I could cancel and book from a different agency which I did, and then I got charged a $50 No-Show fee from Budget

They claimed the car I had rented was “recalled,” I looked it up, it had not been. They didn’t have anything for me to drive and did not help me whatsoever. Furthermore, they would not refund me.

I missed the sign that identified Payless counter same as Avis (El Paso airport) and had to ask the check out guy where it was

The cancellation. I booked a car and was under the impression I could drop it off in another location. The employee at the El Paso airport location told me that wasn’t the case. And that I can’t have my money back. Never picked up the car but still charged. Very very shitty
