The staff was super friendly and helpful. The van we rented was infested with tiny roaches. They would crawl on me and the rest of the passengers. This was supppper frustrating especially since we were staying an hour away from the rental location.Reviewed 8 May 2024

Communication could have been better. When I arrived, the car I requested was not available. I was satisfied with the replacement, however this was the second time the rental I requested was not available. I was not notified beforehand and had to take what was on hand. What can you do when you arrive for the vehicle and something else is there. You have to take what is offered as there is not time to find something else.Reviewed 7 May 2024

The return process in Stillwater is a mess. It took 20 minutes with an inept employee who couldn’t find the reservation and then had a bad attitude. They can’t provide any receipt at the location that the car has been returned in good working order so I’m forced to take an awkward video of the employee saying it’s in good working order and returned.Reviewed 7 May 2024
