The mini van that I booked was not available so they wanted to give me an Armada. I was picking g up family from the airport and I told the young that. It also was not ready I waited and they found a mini van. I’m the end I got the mini van and all was fine but you should not try to switch the vehicle when someone specifically booked a mini van. The young man acted quickly and I appreciated that but I was not happy about waiting and being offered another vehicle.Reviewed 26 July 2024
