Changed car from one reserved. Gas tank empty, told bring back full. It rained! Wipers almost useless because they were worn out. Excellent staff at drop off site.Reviewed 12 Apr 2024

Cons:Never even received a vehicle. Got two confirmation emails that my reservations were confirmed and available. Arrived to location and were told they could not contact us and that they had no vehicles.Reviewed 22 Mar 2021

Pros:Needed to rent a pickup and no pickups were available.Cons:Kayak interface should reflect what vehicles are actually available. If i hadn't called, I would have shown up and found zero vehicle availability.Reviewed 20 July 2020

Not always hitch-free, but very friendlyPros:They were ready when I got there. Check in, claim the car and leave was a smooth process and the car was clean and prepared as I requested.Cons:I asked for a large SUV, reserved and confirmed, but they were "out" of that vehicle type and called the day before to modify my reservation. This is my third experience with this location doing this. They always reserve and confirm (A week or more in advance) whatever you say you want, but can't always deliver on pickup day. Also, the vehicle had less than a half a tank of gas when I picked it up. I had to gas it up myself.Reviewed 22 Aug 2017

Cons:I was called 2 hrs before the rental time to be told the minivans were not available. That is really poor. Consequently, i had to cancel my trip that i had planned well in advance and relatives had travelled from overseas to attend.Reviewed 5 Jan 2017

Give your review a headlinePros:I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 5:00 pm, we were on our way to pick up the rental when we get a call at 4 : 45 pm that there were no cars available. Enterpise said they would leave my reservstion open but come to find out they would not price match the reseervation price. Ended up canaceling our mini vacation.Reviewed 20 Sept 2016
