Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's service, frequently describing staff as friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast consistently received high praise for its variety and quality. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many noting the well-kept rooms and public areas. While the location was appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to the city, some guests found it less convenient due to distance or construction nearby. The pool and spa facilities were mentioned often, with mixed feedback regarding size, hours, and maintenance, but generally positive impressions. Some guests felt the hotel did not fully meet five-star expectations, particularly regarding certain amenities and value for price, but the overall experience was positive for most.
