They were not open when we went to pick up car and then canceled our reservation so we couldn't get a car when they returned in the morning.

The car worked well and was good on gas. Pick up was complicated for no reason as well as poorly explained and drop off was also full of issues as well with incompetent staff.

Si la señorita del counter extremadamente atenta, el señor un venezolano que me entrego el carro muy descortés le pedi un favor y me dijo que ya se tenia que ir y no podia. La persona que me recibió el carro muy servicial, hasta subio a partidas a recibirme el carro.

Renting the car was a smooth experience, and the price was the best around. The car itself was very trustworthy and comfortable. It turned a difficult trip from Bogota to the Eje Cafetero and back into a relaxing drive. Returning the car was very quick and painless. We will definitely be using Localiza for future trips!

Worst experience ever. Hidden driving permissions charges. Extra charges for carwash even though Car is completely clean. All this charges must be payed previously receiving the car. None of this extra hidden charges are notified in web, they said it was an error of the page and they reported that this charges must be placed, but, they made you pay or cancel your reservation without a refund...is a complete scam...

It was very disappointing, I got the insurance thru the rental company that got to me when I was looking for the car to rent, BUT that insurance was not taken by NU car rental so I had to buy your insurance and I personally think that it is unacceptable!! And besides the pico y placa thing, despite I understand it isn’t the rental car responsibility, it must have been advised like a warning before you pay for the car!!

Pick up took a long time. There was nobody at the counter and once the person finally arrived it took over one hour to get the car. The car was in a bad state and they tried to say pre-existing damage was caused by me. Luckily I had photographic evidence of the state of the car before the rental started.

There was no one at their boot in the airport at the appointment time , after calling a few times they told that they will be there in 5 minutes… after 10 minutes I called again and they told me that in 15-20 minutes they will be able to assist , so I called again in 20 minutes just to be delayed again! I ended up without taking the car

I didn’t get to rent a car at all. The agency has sold out without ever letting me know. So I arrived at the airport hoping to rent a car but was told there were none and there was nothing they could do. Will not use again

After confirming the reservation and taking the money they just said "no cars available" at the moment of the pick up! no one showed up in the kiosk, was just a banner with a contact number; I was traveling with a kids and they just didn't care!
