Pros: It’s a five star hotel for sure. Excellent in almost every respect.
Cons: We got stuck with a room that had a noisy broken air conditioning system. Room 727. The good news was that Hotel tonight app got us the room for $140.

Pros: I love this place!! It was great for our one night get away; a lot of families, couples, great service, valet was very fast and attentive, Front Desk was fantastic, restaurant was awesome !!!
Cons: I dindt like the pool services; you feel like you are along...but this don’t change my great stay it all it’s just a comment.

Pros: Our room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The balcony off our room and on the back of the resort was great. We really enjoyed eating and having a few drinks out there. The resort's beach was very nice and the guys that worked the beach stand were very attentive. All of the staff were very friendly as well. We had a great time!
Cons: The bar closes at 11:30pm, which seemed kind of earlier. We were there at close Saturday night and there was at least 30 people in there still wanting to stay at close.

Pros: The location was fantastic. The room was charming with a decor to match the hotel’s upscale vintage beachside decor. Great happy hour and not that there is any control of this but everyone I chatted with, guest or employee were beyond nice and hospitable.
Cons: The walls were thin, I could hear conversations going on next door and outside. There were lots of kids which surprised me during Valentine’s Day weekend.

Pros: Located on beach near Birch Park. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc available on beach for guests. Valets, check in folks, & staff in general excellent. Rooms nice with good layout and generally quiet. Maid service okay- did not clean our room one day, even tho gone during mid day for about 3.5 hours- not really a biggie as rooms well supplied except for coffee. Saw young, middle aged, older, and family's with small children- EVERYBODY looked like having a good time.
Cons: Two things- one morning fire alarm system tested for about an hour. Very loud speaker- wonder why cannot check b/t check in/checkout vs mid morning. Maybe fire dept controls and hotel does not have a choice. Other thing is somewhat trivial- hotel has very limited TV channels; missed The Walking Dead:( But wife could watch Oscars on other TV. Having 2 TVs a plus, even tho channel access limited.

Pros: The pool area and lazy river were very nice. The location is supurb.
Cons: Staff was not helpful when asking for businesses around the hotel. Additionally, they seemed short staffed our entire stay. Only valet parking was offered and multiple times we waited OVER 20 minutes for our car to be brought around. Ridiculous!

Pros: This place is a Treasure. I think it will be the best place of all around when they will be done with the constructions and the improvements. I will definitely be back! The staff was absolutely amazing! I had a Room with a balcony, the view of the sunrise is priceless. I was simply hypnotized by the view during the my whole stay. Also, the spa is a heavenly place.

Pros: Loved the stay right on the beach but the email I received stated that there was a $30 per stay resort change. To me that means a one time resort payment of $30. The front deck charged me $30 per day and went on to explain per stay means per day.. I paid the $30 twice for two days. I think you should reimburse me $30 and change the wording in the email to $30 resort charge per day Rick

Pros: The beds were comfortable and smelled clean. Location was perfect.
Cons: No outlet in the bathroom to use the blow dryer with a mirror. Also no full length mirror. The parking spot was pretty small and glad I had a smaller car. Still difficult to get in and out of the car.

Cons: Terrible condition. Holes in the walls, broken tiles in the ceiling and shower. Very dirty. If it wasn't just for one night I would have left and gone to another hotel.

Pros: It was clean. They tried to keep the hookers and drug dealers on the first and second floor and everyone else on the third.
Cons: Very seedy. I was staying with my adult daughter and I didn't feel safe for her or myself at all. Even though the prostitutes and dealers seemed to have been assigned rooms on the lower floors they would roam the breezeways of the third. The elevator's safety inspection certificate expired in 2008 and I could tell was self-maintained due to the button on the third floor said 2 and was turned sideways. The TV was a twenty inch CRT model that only received a religious station probably due to on air broadcasters ceasing analog transmissions in 2009. I honestly believe that this could potentially dangerous place to stay and would not under any circumstances stay with young children.

It just feels too old and uncomfortable
