Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, beautiful views, and attractive historic property. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, dirty carpets, and maintenance problems in bathrooms. Service was mixed, with some guests experiencing excellent customer care and others reporting unhelpful staff. Amenities like the pool, restaurants, and vending machines were sometimes unavailable or unsatisfactory. Bed comfort and room temperature were also common sources of complaint. Overall, the hotel's location and aesthetics stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and comfort.
