Pros (+) Loved the super soft bed and unique design of the room. The lobby/bar was very inviting and the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The dumpster emptying at approximately 3 a.m.. Instead of just one dumpster, there were four which took a very long and loud time to empty. This was following by a loud air-conditioning unit buzzing outside our window. What should have been a blissful night's sleep in an amazingly comfortable bed was actually a very short night of sleep. Pros (+) Great location and easy
Cons (-) Parking across street but not big deal. Maybe they could greet you as you arrive to take bags. Other than that- simple, great design and easy. We were traveling as a family with three small children. Walking distance to madcap coffee.

Pros (+) It's located near the city center and the staff is very friendly. The rooms also have an interesting style.
Cons (-) We were underwhelmed when we got to our room because the view out the window was another brick wall a few feet away. My girlfriend freaked out as she's claustrophobic.
