Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and welcoming staff, the delicious and extensive breakfast offerings, and the charming, historic atmosphere of the hotel and pub. Many enjoyed the character of the building and the comfort of the rooms, especially those with four poster beds. The food in the restaurant and pub was also highly rated. Some reviews noted that the rooms and decor could use updating, and a few mentioned issues with cleanliness or room amenities, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended place to stay.
