The staff and customer service. The rooms were excellent and clean. Ms Cindy/Cynthia front desk Clerk was outstanding, her customer Service and people skills are above and beyond. The whole staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

The phone in my room didn’t work I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The front desk people were not helpful. I was 📱 no because the water in the shower was either scalding hot or cold. There was not regulating it whatsoever. The water pressure was a dribble. My friend who stayed 2 doors down had the same water issues.
