In downtown Waikiki. Nice little hotel, staff was great.

Pros (+) The location was great! Right in the middle of the shopping area.
Cons (-) We didn't like how one of the staff was very rude to us. I felt I was bugging her with my questions. Our room key didn't work and I asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes at me.
