Bed bugs, roach traps, balcony with no chairs, tiny hostel size beds None of the TVs work. $17 per day amenity fee that was not disclosed
Superb central location in Waikiki. Housecleaning service every day. Convenient Internet kiosks for guest to use in the lobby. Free Keurig coffee for you all day in the lobby. Note that the small rooms are hostel-like--there's no room for a table nor a chair. Nor much space to put your toiletries.
Pros (+) Great location, staff friendly and coffee all day
Cons (-) Nothing, except futton uncomfortable....
Pros (+) Great location
Cons (-) Small rooom and bathroom
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Overall, a great value for the money.
Cons (-) Wifi was very slow. Don't plan on streaming any video during your stay. And if you have to do any work remotely, and need a good connection, this is probably not the place. Wifi was fine for checking email, and basic web browsing. I ran a speed test and clocked 1MBPS.
Pros (+) The hotel staff were amazing and if you are there for Waikiki beach then the locale is perfect, but...
Cons (-) It was very hard to find, as there is nothing labling it and if you rent a car, expect to shell out an additional $20-30 for off site parking, as the hotel's parking is basically non-existant. The room was NOT clean. There was hair ALL across the walls in the bathroom, and not just in the shower. The walls are SUPER thin, so you hear EVERYTHING! This includes the people in the corridor, the street...

Pros (+) it location was OK
Cons (-) they claim to have parking, NOT! they only have 7 spaces on a first come first serve basis. the hotel pictures must be from another hotel, there are no photos that match the hotels, it is rundown, dirty, my room was so small my son and I had to take turns moving around and you had to leave the door open in the bathroom to use it. the sink was the size of a salad bowl. ridiculous!! the staff were r...

Pros (+) I really wanted to love this hotel. When you walk in the main floor is setup with several leather like couches, hammock chairs, LCD TV, 2 computers and printer, tea and coffee available all day with a modern look. Friendly faces at the counter doing their best. My low score reflects the several attempts I made to resolve issues on our week stay where the staff and management failed. (1) The staff ...
