Free beach equipment hire. Room was functional. We stayed in a room with kitchenette for 5 nights. It was clean enough & suited our needs.
Did not feel like a hotel with bells & whilstles. Pool was being renovated so had to go across the road to the ambassador pool.
The room is big and comfy. The view is amazing. Close to shops.
Closer to the beach and downtown.
Paid parking !
nice location for shoping,surfing,very clean,comfirtable
I like that it was close to waikiki
I didn't like the bathroom. Parts of the ceiling were severely water damaged. And the pool was minimal
Excellent customer service
Kind, friendly and welcoming entire staff
One of the check in clerks seemed a lil strange but other than that staff was friendly, also we asked for a later check out with was denied and the maid came knocking at our doors at 1030 which didn't make me very happy since we had till 11. Other than that I'd stay again just to get away and play tourist for a night.
Noisy hallways, can hear people slamming their doors and talking. Walls aren't insulated/sound proof??
Staff friendliness and efficiency, cleanliness, location as both beach and shopsnearby
Traffic noise, rock hard beds
Good location and value
Convenient hotel at the quiet end of a very busy Waikiki.
Nothing to dislike.
Extremely irritated - Feel like Bait/Switch
Relatively clean my wife like it.
The advertisement was two doubles/queens (I'm not sure which) or King size bed. When I got to the hotel, of course they only had the room with two queens for my wife and I. This seems to be common trend for Waikiki because I had the exact same experience at another hotel.
Don't waste your money.
The whole time was terrible, I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
