I couldn't get the phone in the room to work but it was fine since I can just use my cellphone to call the helpdesk. The first time I called was to ask about the wifi since I did not find info about that in the room. The staff was informed anyway to let me know the name of the network and I was able to connect. Pros (+) My priority with picking a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel delivered. It also has a great location, and it feels great to be able to walk to the mall and restaurants after being on the road all day.
Cons (-) That the wifi is not free.

Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and room are very clean. The mall is connected to the hotel which is a very convenient bonus. We did order room service and the food was very good.
Cons (-) The exercise equipment is a little outdated and not functioning well. Several of the treadmills' computer panel would not respond. The breakfast was good not great, I would like a few more options but it was good with good fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, eggs, etc.
