Great location - essentially adjacent to the monorail which can get you to all key places in tokyo within a few minutes. Staff is super friendly, especially the concierge, Jovette.

I liked the view and how clean the hotel was. The staff was not very welcoming. I felt unwelcomed. Was not happy about my stay. Housekeeping didn’t change linens and i guess there was a card I was supposed to put on the bed but I didn’t know. No information given to me at check in.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean, modern, and mostly comfortable with nice views. The hotel staff provided good service.
Cons (-) The mattress was too firm for me, I would have preferred a plush mattress. My stay was during the Rugby World Cup so prices were elevated and not such a good value.

Cons (-) There's absolutely nothing I would change, it was sublime! And that's coming from a New Yorker who stayed in some of the best hotels in some of the best cities across the globe and in some of the most luxury suites on the most luxurious ships on the ocean.

The staff were quite standoffish, considering we had just come from Intercontinental Delete repeated word Bay where the service was outstanding and we could not fault a single thing it was a huge disappointment to be treated like this. When we went for dinner in th...
