Pros:
Nothing. Sixt sent us a SMS to tell us that the car would be ready at pick up time and asked to call them. I called and told me that the car was not available due to maintenance issue. First they blamed the broker Expedia and then they aknowledged the mistake was on their side. They did not even try to find a replacement car or solution.Cons:

Upon arrival at the Mexico City airport Sixt rental company, I was told that there were no cars available. I explained to the representative that I had a reservation and she apologized stating that all cars had been checked out. Due to this error, I had to take. 2.5 hour bus ride to my destination followed by the same bus ride the next morning. I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. I will never use this company aagin.6.8 Okay

Pick up was typical. The vehicle was brand new and perfect for what we needed. The staff was very good.Cons:
There is a hidden refundable deposit fee of $1700 US dollars they charge at the rental office that was nowhere mentioned on the website.The Mexico city airport which is huge, is extremely difficult to navigate. No clear signage so it was impossible to relocate the drop off point. I was afraid I was going to miss my flight so I just left the vehicle curbside at the terminal, found the terminal rental office handed them the key and told them to deal with it.8.0 Very Good

Pros:
Nothing, everything was wrong with my reservation. The Car, the price, the extra fees, the knowledge of the personnel at the pickupCons:
I reserved a 7 seat car and they offered me a 5 seat truck because they don't have 7 seat car on their inventory. Alamo doesn't have 7 seat cars or trucks. They have only 5 seat cars. I don't know why Kayak - Alamo offers 7 seat cars to customers and they don't have cars with that capacity. I called in advance Alamo to ask for extra insurance fees and an agent at their contact center confirmed there are no extra insurance fees because my reservation has included insurance and reservation fees, but at the pick-up location, they charged no refundable 2,000 dollars for the insurance fee plus 1,500 dollars refundable retention fee on my credit card. Clearly, the agent at the front desk was inexperienced and constantly he was asking my questions to his coworker. Finally, I asked him to call his manager to try to solve my questions. Also, The manager did not know Kayak is offering 7 seat trucks and did not know about the high insurance fees. The worst car rental experience. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Our flight was delayed and the Alamo office was closed in the terminal we arrived in (terminal 2). We went directly and as quickly as we could to the old terminal where the office was open. We got there a little after 3pm and they refused to honor the rental. Quadrupled the price and told us we were too late for the original quote. We did not get a car and it made our trip a bit challenging. Very frustrating.2.0 Poor

You must consider the price listed in the page is not real, you must pay an expensive insurance, that in my case I was forced to take it, else I would not get the car. Never buy the insurance provided by Alliance, as that was not accepted by the company. Totally disappointed.GREEN MOTION

They gave me the car with almost no fuel, had to wait an hour and a half just to get the car when there was only 1 other family in front of the line, and when someone crashed into me on the road they didn't pick up the phone to call the insurance that covered the car.
