They false advertise. They had quoted me $118 for the whole week. When I arrived, they want to force you to take their “protection”. The rate went from $118 to over $500 It is a scam. There was another foreign customer there that was facing the same issue, These company is dishonest and want to take advantage of their customers. Stay away2.0 Poor

Upon my arrival I went to pick up my rental at the place indicated and once I was ready to finalize the car rental paperwork I notified that the price was alter from USD$16.43 to USD $60 per day. That was very misleading to set a price and then have it changto higher4.0 Mediocre

I was under the impression that the insurance I purchased would cover the car, however when at the Europcar counter they told me that my insurance did not cover anything and they did not accept it. I had to pay 3 times the price listed online and wasted $40 pre-purchasing insurance.Economy Rent a Car
