Review on hertz car rental

Pros: drop off was very fast and smooth.

Cons: The transport by taking the shuttle bus from the airport to the pickup point was abit confusing. Will be better if there are signs showing where to go and which bus to board.

I never got my rental car!!!!!

Cons: When I showed up at the Jeju airport, they had NO RECORD of my reservation. I showed them my Kayak reservation #: they had no record. The woman just laughed in my face and spoke absolutely no English. I even showed her the email from Kayak that had my reservation, and she still said no. Google Translate didn't help. I AM WAITING FOR MY MONEY
