Pros (+) The hotel and staff were great! very clean and unkept resort. They provided 2 free bottles of water daily. Great views and location for proximity to shops and ocean. Taxi service to and from airport. If we were staying in karon beach again we would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) down side is the amount of stairs however there are elevators for use to upper rooms. Make sure you include breakfast in you initial booking or they charge 321B a person each morning and they won't let you upgrade either once you check in.
