Pros: Rental car agent was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were not given the type of car we reserved. I had to return it the next day for something else. I need to contact Budget in order to request a refund for the difference between the two cars.

Pros: El agente de alquiler de coches era muy amable y servicial.
Cons: No nos dieron el tipo de coche que habíamos reservado. Tuve que volver al día siguiente para algo más. Tengo que contactar con el Presupuesto para solicitar un reembolso por la diferencia entre los dos coches.
