Cons: Sheet were a little stained and bedding looked a little old. Shampoo/Soap were very generic brands.

Pros: Location was great...close to the airport and beach. Staff was friendly. Even the driver waited two hours at the airport with me as my boyfriend's flight was delayed.

Cons: Twice we were supposed to have wake up calls and no one called. Although we were up and maybe they saw the lights on.

Pros: The staff are really helpful, especially Mr. Agus!

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly, 15 minute walk to Kuta Beach. Surrounded by restaurants and bars so no need to walk far.

Cons: But of construction work taking place in the mornings but nothing terrible.
