Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, highlighting the welcoming staff as a major positive aspect. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dust, unclean rooms, and poorly maintained facilities. The breakfast was frequently criticized for its lack of variety and quality. Several guests also mentioned small or awkwardly designed rooms, and while some appreciated the hotel's charm and atmosphere, opinions were mixed due to the property's age and ongoing renovations.
