We showed up at the office to pick up our car and the agent said that even though we had a reservation, there were no cars because they decided to send all of the cars to Cancun. We pointed out we had a valid reservation but he said that doesn't obligate them to hold a car for us if they can rent it at a better price at some other location. He said he couldn't help us and offered no additional assistance.2.0 Poor

I arrived just after pick up time and was met by a rude staff member informing me that they have no cars today. After explaining that I had a reservation he just replied; "it doesn't matter there are no car today". So I had to walk around the other rental places and had to pay more.Alamo

You had no cars! I waited two days before taking a taxi to playa where I got a car immediately. It was literally faster to take a taxi to playa, rent a car, and drive back. Terrible experience.Hertz

check out was quick with van service to departing airlineCons:
-took almost 2 hours to rent the car - car had not been cleaned inside. We found wrappers and bottles -cost of mexican insurance was not disclosed til we were there - credit card hold was not disclosed til we were there - very poor English speaking skills - although we booked with payless, it ended up being a FOX car. We weren't sure this was even the same rental reservation we made til they found us in their computer system. - this was a typical hook and bait scam. The online price for the week was so cheap that we realized something else would be charged, but $457.00 for a week rental? GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I feel totally violated and scammed by this experience.2.0 Poor
