You had no cars! I waited two days before taking a taxi to playa where I got a car immediately. It was literally faster to take a taxi to playa, rent a car, and drive back. Terrible experience.Hertz

Pros:
I was scammed, we had made the reservation for 76$ and he told me the car was not available, gave me an even worse car, and then charged me 200$. HE saw that I had to deliver it in Cancun and once I told him I was heading to the airport he scammed me.Cons:
