9.4 Wonderful
Pros:We had an amazing experience at Dolphin House. It was a perfect location for us to get access to the Tube and easy, safe shopping. The apartment was large and gave our family a sense of home away from home.
Cons:The staff was a little slow when we needed help. They were still very helpful, but didn’t seem prepared when it came to simple requests like a set of new sheets. At one point we were locked out of the laundry room and it took some time for them to 1) believe me and 2) unlock the door manually.

Pros:1. Swimming pool was convenient but over heated and without any management of lanes. Basically a total free for all for lap swimmers. 2. Very, very quiet - refreshingly so for London. 3. Quick walk to the tube but on Victoria so you have to connect to get anywhere 4. Clean. 5. Staff were helpful 6. Restaurant food is ok.
Cons:Needs an upgrade. Feels like circa 1960 but has a new paint job. Lobby is the slickest part of it. Furniture in room was fine but I'd describe this as an upgraded dorm. No shops in the neighborhood.

Pros:A one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, Convenient to public transportation, Great location just off the Thames near Westminster and Victoria Station, On-site Grocer, Cafe, Restaurant, Gym, Pool, Parking. We've stayed at Dolphin Square many times over the years and it has the wonderful feel of a little home-away-from-home with a real apartment for the price of a hotel room. Highly recommended.
