Lourdes hotels near Gare SNCF

Pros: Prime location, across the street from the train station and very close to Lourdes Grotto. We took the TGV from Barcelona and had two transfers. Lovely staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lourdes is heavenly and one of the highlights of our 14-day European trip.

Pros: Only the fact that it's close to the train station.We have booked a triple w/ 1 extra bed as stated per hotel policies & wrote this in the remarks section & asked for confirmation (2 adults & 2 kids), but nor Booking.com nor the hotel manager have read the comment or took it into consideration, so upon arrival & after a long journey from Paris, the assistant manager told us that they can't put extra bed in a triple room so we have to manage or they give us a bigger room for extra money which we didn't accept because the rooms do not match w/ the price (overpriced, extremely small versus other hotels in the area)+ it was not a decent solution at all,they should have replied to our comment for the bed before arrival so we decide on our budget

Pros: Our second time staying at Best Western Lourdes especially for comfort and parking and convenience to the Grotto.

Pros: Cleanliness of rooms and staff were so friendly and helpful. Food very good. Hotel directly across from Train Station for ease of travel.

Pros: The location to the Lourdes Sanctuary was excellent. Close to the gates. Many pilgramage groups and tour buses but we didn't feel it was crowded. The front desk was very helpful and attentive in answering questions and helping us with a security box. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are large and updated. The linens were a little worn and there were no shampoos or soaps in the bathrooms so it was a good thing we brought some. All in all it was a good stay for the short two nights.

Pros: The most prominent feature is the friendliness of the staff and the facilities provided by the hotel are very professional and excellent.

Pros: I was first introduced to this hotel by Mancunia and since then have stayed in this hotel several times in the past years. I have always felt welcomed by the staff both at the reception desk and also in the restaurant and have found that their service is very good.. The food is very good value for money. I was also very happy to see that the bathroom had been refurbished and the rooms were very comfortable.

Pros: excellent hotel. staff very courteous and helpful, hotel room spacious and comfortable and within walking distance of the sanctuary. Breakfast included in price .

Pros: Hotel Paradis was an eminently practical hotel. Rooms and toilets were spacious, and i particularly liked the fact that the toilet and the shower were separated. Showers are positioned such that they do not make a mess, and the towels and beds were very clean. Airconditioning was definitely a plus even though Lourdes was cold when I was there.

Pros: The hotel staff were very cordial. Especially one staff member named Joanna, went out of her way to help us out. She answered all our questions and was more than eager to help us out. Joanna is truly a blessing to Hotel Angelic. The breakfast was also very sumptous and had a good variety of items.

Pros: Lourdes was quiet at our time of visiting. Enjoyed a great drive up. To Pontiac d'Espangne. The staff were helpful and it was good to have a refrigerator in the room.

Pros: The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. In fact the sales manager could speak 11 different languages... definitely a great asset to the hotel and trememdous comfort to overseas guests.

Pros: The rooms are basic but clean and have fantastic vies over the mountains. Reception is also clean with access to the bar and dining area. Staff couldnt do enough to help and were polite, civil and friendly at all times.

Pros: It is the hotel's location. Easy access to the city's main attraction which is the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes and the bus/train station's five minute walk. The staff was very helpful.

Pros: The price. 69 Euros covered room, a breakfast for 2, and parking (reserve the parking--that part of Lourdes is a parking nightmare). It's quiet and away from the streets that are filled with pilgrims buying trinkets. It's about 1.2K from the action, so walkable.There's a laundramat about 400 meters away at 55 Rue de Bourg. Wi-Fi is free.
