Pros (+) The tile floor was great because we didn't have to worry about mystery stains or my 6 month old causing more stains. The maids, though they only spoke Spanish, were very accommodating.
Cons (-) The bed was very stiff & old. There was a little dining table & 2 chairs in the corner, but you had to squeeze between the bed & a chair to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was old & tiny. Only 3 outlets in the entire room, 1 full of the tv & other electronics & 1 full of the window ac unit. No pool.
