Pros (+) Amazing breakfast. Wonder king bed. The lobby rivals all others. They did a great job working with the tremendous constraints of Covid. All guests and staffed were masked in common areas. Tissue and hand sanitizers were everywhere. Pool participants were limited along with elevator riders.

Cons (-) They forgot to freshen up our room. We came back after being out for the day to find the bed not made and no fresh Towels.

Pros (+) The Club option is nice...quite a refuge from a horrible room.
Cons (-) Couldn't check in until 5:00 despite the 3:00PM check in time. Tub and sink had hair in them. Bedding was ripped.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel with tons of character and charm. Good service, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Hotel lobby bar and Blu were excellent. Complimentary breakfast in the Cafe offered good food and full choice of anything on menu. Onsite amenities such as spa, shops and additional restaurants offer an extra touch.
Cons (-) For the price of the rooms, wifi was not free. Given the necessity in today's day and age, not to mention that it is complimentary in many more basic hotels, this was a big let down. Especially when service in the tower is spotty for mobile without Wifi. It felt like a nickeled and dimes amenity. Clientele felt a bit uppity.
