Car hire at Monterey Regional Airport

Pros: The staff was great, the service was excellent - easy pick up and drop-off (and the woman staffing the desk remembered me three days later!). I found the entire experience to be easy and understandable (where to go, what to do, etc.) from beginning to end.

Cons: The car wasn't all that great. It was safe, it was functional, and it was most definitely clean. However, I would have preferred something a little more comfortable and modern, even at my small-car/low-level need.

Pros: car was great and so was the service with hertz

Cons: we got hit in a parking lot by a car that never left a message for us at all . We are now trying to get through the claim process with Allianz Insurance and Hertz and it seems that it takes too long for all of this to get through

Downgraded Car

Cons: I had reserved a Toyota 4Runner as I am considering buying this model. I was disappointed to find Hertz did not have one available and offered a Nissan Rouge as the substitute. This is a smaller less expensive car as compared to the 4Runner. Although i don't complain if I get upgraded, I don't like to be down graded for the same price.

Pros: Quick and easy, helpful
